2. Our approach
Leisure Workspace is designed to minimise data collection. No user account or login is required to use the tools. Tool content is not collected for website analytics.
3. Data within the tools
Inputs, calculations and projects created in the tools are not transmitted to us and are not stored in a Leisure Workspace cloud database. Processing takes place locally in the browser or on the device being used.
If a tool offers an export function, a separate file is created locally and saved on the device. Users alone decide where that file is stored, shared or deleted. Locally stored content can be removed by clearing browser or device data.
4. Hosting and server logs
When the website is accessed, connection data must be processed by the technical hosting infrastructure. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich.
5. Google Analytics and consent
After your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-PTBWVO36Y9. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Data processed may include page views, technical device and browser information and a shortened IP address. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Transfers to Google companies in third countries cannot be ruled out.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent. Your choice is stored locally in the browser and can be changed through “Cookie settings”. For more information, see the Google privacy policy.
6. Local storage
Information stored locally by the tools remains on the device and is not cloud storage by Leisure Workspace. The choice for optional web analytics is also stored locally.
7. Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations remain.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Updates
This privacy policy will be updated when the website, tools or technical delivery change.
